Strangers A person whom you never met before in fact you didn't know about him/her, sometimes attracts you. Isn't it?  This happens due to either some biological reasons or some act done by the stranger.  Sometimes once a stranger becomes our most beloved ones but sometimes they only disturb us in our dreams. Ufffff! Strangers you all are just a headache.  If a stranger attracts you it means it will be no longer a stranger but if you are not impressed by a person at first sight then you don't need to never be.  All our friends and enemies are once a stranger to us but now we can't ignore both.  If you can ignore a person easily and he/she is your friend or enemy also then either you are a saint or they are still strangers.  Sometimes we love some personalities without knowing anything about them it means that you love their physical appearance only because "Love at first sight" is only a bullshit concept or if exists then also you can love only those things...

शून्य शून्य वैसे तो गणितीय गणना का एक अंक है, जिसका महत्व उसके स्थान एवं प्रयोग पर निर्भर करता है, परंतु शून्य विचार इससे कुछ भिन्न है, विचार शून्य होने का भी महत्व स्थिति एवं प्रयोग पर निर्भर करता है परंतु यह गणितीय अंक की भाँति सरलता से व्यक्त नही किया जा सकता । विचार शून्य मनुष्य के विवेक में चाह कर भी कोई स्मृति ठहर नही पाती, कोई भी दृश्य दो पल नही ठहरता, कोई भी गीत याद नही आता, कोई कविता रसमय नही लगती, मनुष्य कुछ कहना चाहता है परंतु वह नही जानता कि क्या है वह बात। प्राण उलझन में पड़ जाते हैं और बुद्धि बर्फ के समान ठंडी-सफेद। विचार शून्यता का जिन्हें अभ्यास हो उन्हें यह शांति प्रदान करता है, परंतु यदि हम ना चाहते हुए भी विचार शून्य हो जाये तो यह एक अजीब सी उलझन होती है। विचार शून्यता एवं इसके लक्षणों से एक कवि सर्वाधिक कष्ट सहता है क्योंकि इसके चलते वह छंदों का निर्माण नही कर पाता एवं विषय से भटक जाता है। मैं भी कोई कविता लिखने बैठा था शायद! परंतु अब न विषय याद है ना छन्द ही जन्म ले रहे हैं। विचार शून्यता के कारण तो वह प्रियतमा जिसे शायद ही कभी भूलना सरल रहा हो, जिसकी आँख की पलकों क...

                                        नवनिर्माण हम भारतीय हैं, हमारे लिए आज यदि कुछ सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य करने को है तो वह है 'नवनिर्माण' । आज हम सभी क्षेत्रों में नए रंगों को भरने की पहल करनी होगी, फिर वह क्षेत्र राजनीति हो या रणनीति। यदि हम समर्थ हैं तो हमें समर्थ दिखना चाहिए, वसीम बरेलवी का एक शेर है ; वसूलों पे आंच आये तो टकराना ज़रूरी है, अगर ज़िंदा हो तो ज़िंदा नज़र आना ज़रूरी है। आज भारत में पुरानी रीत रिवाज़ों को अपनाते अपनाते हम उनके गुलाम हो गए हैं, हम नए विचारों को अपनाने में हिचकिचाते हैं कि ना जाने ज़माना क्या कहेगा, परंतु सच यह है कि ज़माने को इतनी फुरसत है ही नहीं । परंतु सभी क्षेत्रों में एक साथ यह निर्माण संभव भी नही इसलिए हमें क्षेत्रों की प्राथमिकतायें तय करनी होगीं की सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र कौन सा है। मेरे विचार में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र "शिक्षा" का है, और इसमें सुधार करना मतलब हिमालय को उठाकर विश्व की परिक्रमा करना है परंतु यह असंभव भी नही है। अब लगा...

World Leaders and politicians thrive on the short attention span of the public. People these days focus on something only when it’s trending on twitter. Though   It is not entirely our fault in the current circumstances, when we are being pelted with issues almost on a never-ending basis, it really is difficult to concentrate on anything else when one does not know whether they will be having their next meal or not. Unfortunately, the deadly pandemic that we currently face has made it difficult to think about anything else. However as World Environment Day approaches us soon, busy governments all over the world- who are investing so much in saving lives and salvaging the trodden economy should also look into ways of saving our future, because pandemics like the Coronaviruses have high chances of becoming regular occurrences in the coming time- unless something   monumental is done to undo the damage we have done to our planet. प्रकृति सुंदरता, यह शब्द ही अगर किसी के लिए उपयुक्त है तो वह है, प्रकृति। हमने सबसे पहली बार सुंदरता का अनुभव प्रकृति में ही किया था। प्रकृति की भव्यता को झुठलाना मूर्खता ही है, किसी कि सुंदरता की उपमा भी तो हम प्रकृति से ही देते है। चाँद सा मुखड़ा होना कोई आम बात नही है क्योंकि चाँद की उपमा कवियों ने प्रकृति की सुंदरता को दिखाने के लिए ही दिया है। यदि कवि चित्र का श्रजनकर्ता है, तो प्रकृति स्वयं चित्र है। प्रकृति का सौंदर्य अद्भुत है, इसकी श्रेष्ठता को किसी भी और पैमाने से मापा नही जा सकता यद्यपि कवियों ने कई बार नारी सौंदर्य को सजीव किया है परंतु वो भी प्रकृति के सौंदर्य के ही दास रहे, प्रियतम के गुलाबी गालों का वर्णन; वसंत की भोर की किरण से अधिक सुंदर हो सकता है, मैं नहीं मानता। प्रियतम की मतवाली चाल; नदी की धारा से अधिक लचकदार हो सकती है, मैंने तो नही देखी। प्रियतम के बालों की छाया; अमावश्या की रात के उस घने अंधेरे से अधिक यदि घनी होती हो; तो मैं नही जानता। प्रकृति के अद्भुत दृश्यों का वर्णन करने के लिये यह जीवन काल छोटा जान पड़ता है। ग्रीष्म ऋतु में आम की बा...

एक संगोष्ठी जो काव्य प्रेमियों को अपनी तरफ आकर्षित करती है मुशायरा कहलाती है। सांस्कृतिक विस्तार देखें तो यह भारत, पाकिस्तान तथा डेक्कन की संस्कृति का अभिन्न अंग है जिसकी अत्याधिक प्रख्याति हैदराबादी मुस्लिम में है। Photo Courtesy Rajadeendayal.com समकालीन समय में मुशायरा आयोजन में शायरों को आमंत्रित किया जाता है, आैर बेहतरीन, उम्दा शायर को आयोजक आखिर में पेश करते हैं ताकि महफिल सजी रहे और समां बंधा रहे । एक जलती हुई मोमबत्ती पंक्ति में थमा दी जाती है जिसके हाथ में होती है वो महफिल को अपनी शायरी से राैशन करता है।  जब शमां बंधता है तो दर्शक कभी कवि का उत्साह "वाह-वाह " करके बढ़ाते हैं तो कभी उनकी आधी पंक्ति को पूरा कर के आज कल 'कवि सम्मेलन  मुशायरा ' का दौर है जहां पारंपरिक मुशायरा हिन्दी के साथ आयाेजित किया जाता है।  मुशायरा का कई स्वरूप है ' तराही मुशायरा ' उसी में से एक है  जो एक प्रतियोगी स्वरूप में है जहां शायर को एक मिॆश्र दी जाती है और कवि को उस मिश्र का उपयोग कर के गज़ल गढ़नी होती है । गज़ल भी इसी का एक स्वरूप है। सबसे चाव से सुना जाने...

I always want to listen to my soul but the noise around me pulls my concentration towards itself but now it's complete silence and I am going deep in my soul. When I reached the door of my soul something tried to stop me but when I recognized it, I was amazed; oh! It's my arrogance. I defeat it in a great war without any weapon but as soon as the door opens, I saw a glimpse of my soul that there was great brightness inside it. Now I started walking ahead into it and I realized that there was something which comes under my footsteps; when I checked, that was my ego. Since the outbreak of this novel coronavirus, many lives have been lost till now. Day-by-day, the situation is worsening as per the facts and figures. The global infected cases have reached about 1 million approximately till now and it's been rising at a fast pace. Nearly, 50000 people have been died till now.  This war-like situation is totally heartbreaking for all of us. Considering all these things, I opted to write something about the same while describing my quarantine life. In India, there is a lockdown going on for 21 days till 14 th of April 2020. Meanwhile, I am trying to use this time productively. I am staying at home to save the lives of others. On 22 nd March we had “Janta Curfew”. Our honorable PM had given a task to ring a bell, play sounds through grants and thalis or clap at 5p.m. for 5minutes to show solidarity among the people fighting against coronavirus.
